Insignia question
First off, I read wiki, and did a search here, and didn't find anything that specifically answered this question.
So, armor bonus insignias are specific for the location it's put on. However there are some that I'm not sure if they are universal or not. 1. Lieutenants (reduces hexes cast on you by 20% and damage dealt by you by 5%) -now this would seem like it has to be universal 2. Various condition reducing inscriptions (I don't see these listed at guru), such as reduces dazed/bleeding/weakness/blindness, etc -would these be if these conditions are induced when you are hit at that location, or universal? thanks for the help......I've been trying to cover each condition on all of my warrior heroes by putting them on feet/hands |

Armor / defense bonuses are specific to the piece, duration reducing / enhancing bonuses are global. Your two examples are global effects, doesn't matter which piece of armor you add them to. A brawlers insignia (Armor +10 (while attacking)) would be specific to the piece of armor it's be placed upon.

Dargon's way of explaining it is great. Any "defense boosting" insignia (or armor mod for older armors) is locational. This is all +armors, or -dmgs, etc.
Anything other than that is global (+hp, reduce duration, +energy, minus casting time, reduces hexes, anything else). |
